CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES TO MORMONS
NOTE: Below is a list of ministries we recommend, but we do not oversee their work as they operate each of their missions independently from ours. Although some of their styles of evangelism differ from the methods we use in our ministry, they all agree with us on the basic fundamentals of beliefs and goals in reaching Mormons with the truth of the Gospel.

What Do Mormons Have? Forever Families! Oh Really?
by Mark Champneys Evangelism Director
Mormons often boast about things that Mormonism has that no other religion has. This seems to be an attempt to convince both themselves and others that the LOS Church is "the one true church." But do Mormons really have any of these things? I have come to realize that the answer is a resounding "no" when a person takes a closer look at virtually any of them.Read more
Rocky and Helen
Rocky was raised as a 6th generational Mormon. When challenged by his wife Helen, who came to salvation in Christ through her research into Mormonism, he adamantly refused and set out to prove her wrong. Then in 1986, while attending the Bible Studies of a cowboy preacher, Rocky was saved. He and his wife have been exposing Mormonism and preaching the REAL Jesus ever since. TRI-GRACE MINISTRY IN UTAH
Chip and Jamie Thompson
Our call to Utah began 21 years ago following a week of teen camp in central Utah. We were packing our van, preparing to depart, when a missionary pastor named Jonathan Edwards said, “As you travel down highway 89, from Ephraim, Utah, to Page, Arizona, see how many Christian churches you can find.” We took the challenge and that day as we travelled 275 miles through 23 rural Utah communities we could not find even one Christian church and we were SHOCKED! Dave has been a missionary with Macedonia World Baptist Missions since 1982. He founded Baptist World Cult Evangelism - BWCE) in 1994 to evangelize the un-reached with the true Jesus of the Bible, the Eternal Son of God. Dave says:
"In the 40 years of speaking with Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses, I have never found one who believed John 1:3 (All things were made by him [Jesus Christ]; and without him was not any thing made that was made.) All things would include matter and Michael the Archangel. One cannot believe in a false god or a false Jesus and have true salvation." Jesus said, 'I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins; for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins (John 8:24).'"Read more
Patrick J. Knapp, MA, ABD. Pat’s initial interest in cult recovery stems from his own involvement in an aberrant bible-based group (1970-1984). His recovery came as a result of individual and marriage counseling, in addition to several years of work in and facilitating support groups for former cult members and their loved ones. His MA philosophy of religion thesis was titled: “The Place of Mind-Control in the Cult Recovery Process” (Knapp, 2000). For over 25 years he formally mentored Denver Seminary students for spiritual formation. He has completed many hours of doctoral work in Marriage and Family Counseling (Professional Track), at Gordon-Conwell in Charlotte, NC, and is near completion of his doctoral (PhD) in Pastoral Psychology at Graduate Theological Foundation (GTF).Read more
KEITH AND BECKY WALKER OF EVIDENCE MINISTRIES
- Challenging Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons with the Evidence for the Truth of Biblical Christianity
Trevor is a young man who has a real heart for Mormons. One year, we were able to help him join our volunteer ministry team with Rob and Doug witnessing at the Manti Utah Pageant. Trevor shared his experiences below:
My experience in Manti, Utah in June of 2015 was spectacular as usual! This was my third year to attend this event. I explored the following two concepts with the people that I spoke with: the concepts of fullness and forgiveness. Christians and Latter-day Saints (LDS) seem to view these concepts through a different lens. Christians believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God which cannot be added to or subtracted from and that it is the fullness of truth. LDS believe that the Bible is the word of God as far as it is correctly translated, as stated in the 8th Article of Faith. They also use the Doctrine and Covenants and the Pearl of Great Price, as scripture. Regarding forgiveness, Christians believe that all sins; past, present, and future were all forgiven the moment that Jesus said, “It is finished” on the cross; while LDS disagree.
