Christy (Harvey) Darlington, the founder and President of Witnesses for Jesus, Inc., used to be available to speak throughout the United States, but now she is a busy mom raising young children.  So, to compensate for her unavailability, she has developed a series of seminars on Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons that we offer to churches and home groups.  These seminars can be viewed online for free on our YouTube Channel WitforJesus and through our free Witnesses for Jesus Phone App. Our online links to our DVDs in our Store.4witness.org provide PDF handouts of the Microsoft PowerPoint slides seen in the DVDs that you can print out for your church or home group. They are segmented into sections that can be easily presented in the short-time frames needed for Church home groups and Sunday School Classes.

WHY WE TARGET ONLY THE RELIGIONS OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES AND LATTER-DAY SAINTS (MORMONS) and Information on Ministries to Other Religions

At this point, our focus is strictly on the Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons because this is the area we feel God has lead us to specialize in. Due to the time and experience needed to investigate these religions at the depth required in order to produce quality research at our current level, we feel that if we broaden our focus to other religions (at this point), we wouldn't be able to be as effective in reaching these two primary pseudo-Christian religions.

WHY WE USE OTHER BIBLE TRANSLATIONS BESIDES THE AUTHORIZED 1611 KING JAMES BIBLE

In certain circles of Christianity, there is a movement that insists that the 1611 version of the King James Bible is the most accurate translation available today. Fueled by the writings of King James Only advocates, such as Gail A. Riplinger and her book, New Age Bible Versions, proponents of this movement often insist that the use of any other translation of the Bible perverts the pure teachings of God’s Word.

RECOMMENDED DISCUSSION BOARDS FOR DEBATE OF CHRISTIAN BELIEFS

Since our ministry has a very small supply of staff and cannot afford the time it takes to run and moderate a public discussion board for Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons who wish to debate our Christian beliefs, we recommend CARM.ORG’s discussion boards as most of the doctrines and facts covered on our websites have been discussed and debated on their boards at one time or another.

Ephesians 6:12 emphasizes that "...our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." HOW CAN I GET THE JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES TO STOP COMING TO MY DOOR?

“While I respect the beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I have my own beliefs. I wish to request that these door-to-door people stop coming to my house. My property is posted with “no trespassing” and “no solicitation” signs, yet they ignore them. I have even asked them to leave me alone, but they keep coming back. I do not want to receive mail from them either. What can I do to get rid of them? If they do not stop coming, I will take action to stop them by calling on police assistance.”
