Greetings from Dan and Kaci,
Blessed be the Name of the Lord. What a powerful month. The phone ministry has been great this month. I continue to be amazed at the wonders of God. I had a phone call this month from a Jehovah’s Witness who has left the organization. She has been out for six years. However, just recently God has been working on her heart. She stated that she has not been involved in church and I am not sure how much she is reading her bible, but I asked her the question that Jesus posed to his disciples when he said, “Who do men say that I am (Luke 9:18)?” I asked her who she thought Jesus was and she replied,
“In the beginning God said let us make man in our image so Jesus must have been there since the beginning.”
I was so blessed to know that God had revealed the Son in her heart. Because of her fear, she has not been able to really communicate what has been going on in her life, so I encouraged her to pray with me and ask Jesus to come and save her. We prayed together and she cried out to God and I also prayed for her.
From another phone call, I was able to meet with a local Jehovah’s Witness who is also on his way out. It was such a blessing. Kaci and I were able to sit and minister to this individual for about 3 hours. What is so great about it is what the Holy Spirit inspired me to say. It was as if God was pleading through me for this individual to be reconciled to God. Although the person we were ministering to did not give his life to Christ on the spot, I was able to plead with him that on his own time, he needs to cry out to Jesus. Because, I felt such opposition from the enemy, I know that God was working on his heart.
Jesus is so good to us and how dearly He loves us. God is in the process of rescuing these precious souls from the grips of the evil one and isn’t it reassuring to us what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 8:38-39:
“For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
