| .:WITNESSES FOR JESUS PRAISE REPORT
SUMMER 2006
 Dear
Friends,
As you can see by the pictures on the
right, Bruce and I were married here in Colorado Springs
on May 27, 2006! It was a beautiful wedding as we focused
on the Lord Jesus and the glorious work He did in bringing
us together. I thank God for Bruce. He is such a godly,
loving husband who is very supportive of me in this
ministry. We love being married, and we appreciate your
continued prayers for us as we begin our new life together.
 In
June, I traveled out to Utah again to assist in the
annual Christian outreach to Mormons during the LDS
pageant reenactment of Joseph Smith’s “First
Vision”. Rob, an ex-Mormon serving on our Website
Ministry Team, joined in the outreach along with approximately
150 other Christians who came to help.
Each morning, Chip Thompson of the
Solid Rock Café college ministry (http://www.trigrace.org/)
and Rodney Zedicher of Ephraim Church of the Bible coordinated
worship, prayer and training time. As approximately
15,000 Mormons gathered on the Manti Temple lawn for
the evening pageant, some Christians held signs, others
handed out tracts and many walked around with their
Bibles, praying and sharing Christ with anyone who would
talk with them. During the two-week outreach, we saw
10 Mormons give their hearts to Jesus and 6 others indicate
that they understood the Gospel message and would consider
praying to receive Christ later on their own. I handed
out approximately 200 copies of our “Are You Prepared
to Meet God?” Gospel tract for Mormons, and Rob
gave out nearly 500 LDS Witnessing Business Cards that
he created with questions and Bible verses to challenge
Mormon thinking. Feel free to visit the Online
Material section of our website to print copies
of these great tools!
