Critical Court Developments

To our most precious supporters and friends of the Ministry, God is good… so Good. This past month has been extraordinarily busy with several Families, entire Families that are leaving Mormonism and doing so with self-reliance and a new knowledge and relationship of the Biblical Jesus Christ. As we report some critical details of our current Legal Issues, we first wanted to report to you that our core Mission to the Mormon People has actually increased during this time of legal drama and financial insecurity.   Praise God for His perfect will and His unshakable ability to re-purpose the wicked intentions of men into a Glorious Blessing and a Testimony of His Sovereignty.

As an update concerning our current legal issues, first some background. In September of last year, I was arrested for Contempt of Court. I spent 6 days in one of the worst County Jails in the United States for my continued preaching and exposure of the documented corruption and deceit of the Mormon Church. We Love the Mormon People, but we have hit a tender nerve in the State of Indiana with our identification of some very unethical practices between the Mormon Deputy Chief of Police in Indianapolis and a well-respected Mormon Attorney who has been elevated to the Mormon Leadership position of a General Authority.

At the center of this legal battle is the fact that this Mormon Attorney has used the State Superior Court as his personal tool of revenge. Six months ago I was charged with three Felonies for Intimidation and Harassment.   These false charges were accepted by the State without investigation or examination, exclusively on the reputation of this Mormon Attorney.   Just last week two of these fabricated charges were totally dismissed. As the Court is coming to realize that they have been professionally abused and wrongly engaged as a personal weapon, they are working to find a discreet resolution to minimize the embarrassment.

In the Company of Saints and Demons: Jailed for Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ by former Mormon Bishop Lee Baker

Regardless of the outcome, we have completed the manuscript of a short book detailing every aspect of this legal travesty, which will be made available as a free download very soon. The book: In The Company of Saints and Demons – Jailed for Teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, includes a day-by-day account of abuse behind bars for the Lord and the amazing opportunity I was given to Preach the Gospel to several men who came to Christ for the first time. The organized and systematic repression of my Freedom of Speech and the total misuse and manipulation of the legal system to suppress an honest and fair comparison between Christianity and Mormonism will shock you.

Within this story you will be transported behind the bars of the “Gladiator Pit”, where I was shoved to the floor by convicted murderers and thieves in an attempt to coerce and intimidate. Even within the blood and urine stained cells, God is good. For several days I organized a Bible study that centered on two primary subjects: Why we can trust the Bible and Who is Jesus Christ to You.

As the legal strategies are completed and secret deals are made, know that the Word of God has been presented to both the prisoners and the politicians of Indiana. Many of the City, State and County employees who may have never otherwise have known of the deception of Mormonism, have come to a new understanding of this false religion through this well-documented story of corruption and deceit.

Former Mormon Bishop Lee Baker - As a member of the Mormon faith for 32 years, having served honorably in many Leadership positions at the Branch, Ward and Stake level, I forced my own excommunication in 2008 after several painful years of meetings and letters to the highest levels of the Mormon Church concerning questions of doctrine and history.
