Are we humans more just than God?

dan_kaciThis was an incredible month as the Lord continued to pull people out of the Jehovah’s Witness organization. I had the opportunity to evangelize to two separate Jehovah’s Witnesses this month through the telephone.

One gentleman that has been a witness for 20 or more years, suddenly started to see the deception of this cult. Both he and his wife are looking into the truth of the gospel although as many of you know it is a process coming out as you have to process so many things. Please pray for Tom and his family as they make their way out.

I also had the opportunity to speak to a lady that was a Jehovah’s Witness for many years but broke away when they started to baptize people in the name of the Father, Son, and “Organization”.  However, many of the Jehovah’s Witness teachings are still very much ingrained in her mind.

For instance, she said that she does not believe in hell, so I asked her a question in reference to this. I said:

“If a person broke into your home and hurt you, or hurt a child under your care, would you want justice?”

She said, “Yes, I would,” and I asked,

“Would you want them locked up for life?”

And according to the scenario, she said that yes, she would. So, I said,

“How could you as a human, want a person locked up for life because of a crime, but accuse God of being unloving for God punishing a person eternally for breaking his laws? Are we humans more just than God?”

She could not respond. So, just because you don’t believe in hell does not mean that it does not exist. I believe that she was very impacted by our conversation and by the time we were done talking, she agreed to call upon the name of Jesus.  Please pray for Barbara. Until next month, God Bless you.
